ADHD at work
What’s in it for you?
Are you happy at work? Do you fit in? If so, please share your experience here. If not, read on…
Being ADHD means that we often struggle at work. We may like our choice of job (or not) but most of us struggle to fit in and it’s sooooooo exhausting trying to figure it all out.
I can help you.
What’s out there?
I am passionate about research and everything new in the often incompatible worlds of ADHD and a smooth career.
So I have a blog, a podcast and a toolbox with links to great things to make your life easier.
And it would be great if you would contribute as well. We’re all on the journey!
Who am I?
I have over 30 years experience in business and HR, a Master’s degree and registration to administer and interpret psychometric assessments.
And I have ADHD (diagnosed at age 43), so I get it. I have learned just as much from being an employee and business owner as I have from my professional experience and qualifications.
ABOUT ME
Welcome friend.
I am Liz Tibbutt. I am an HR professional, mother, volunteer, employee, director, ADHD business woman, champion napper and mad old cat woman in training. I like anything new and shiny, and I collect art and things that just might come in useful one day. I used to be a chef and I worked in IT for a while.
